Timor-Leste, also known as East Timor, has shifted its stance from supporting the Polisario Front to endorsing Moroccos autonomy plan for Western Sahara. This announcement was made by the countrys president, José Ramos-Horta, during the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
