Spain’s left-wing Sumar party has called for the strengthening of reception resources in the city of Ceuta and for a “coordinated” response to the mass arrival of migrants while stressing that any measures taken must respect the rule of law. The party also reaffirmed its opposition to the immediate return of migrants.
