The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is appealing to the public for assistance in locating Israel Phillip of Black Mallet, Castries, who has been reported missing.
According to police, Phillip was last seen at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, 30 July 2026. At the time, she was wearing black tights, a black hooded jacket with a red stripe on the back, and a pair of Reef slippers.
Police described Israel as being about 5 feet 5 inches tall, of medium build, with brown eyes and black braided hair.
Anyone with information that could assist in locating her is asked to contact the Marchand Police Station at 456-3885, the Crime Hotline at 555, or submit information through the RSLPF Crime Hotline App.
