Morocco is bracing for an intense heatwave, accompanied by extreme weather conditions, from Thursday through Saturday. The General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) has issued an orange-level weather alert, warning of hot weather, thunderstorms, hail and strong gusts of wind.
