A 26-year-old Moroccan woman died on Saturday evening in the southern Spanish city of Algeciras after a motorcycle overturned when the Moroccan flag she had draped around her neck became caught in the bike’s rear wheel. She had been celebrating Morocco’s victory over Canada and its qualification for the World Cup quarter-finals.
